Always Native. Hybrid is kind of running a website inside a Mobile frame. So it will be slow, unreliable, less likely to take loads, will have performance issues in future 100%. Also google does not recommend Hybrid apps much, so always go for native.

I am trying to make an hybrid mobile app using javascript, html5, css3 but I am facing lot of challenges. If any one can help me, it would be a great help.
It's better idea to go with building in native android, hybrid will have to many dependency on libraries and its not good approach.
