Q) What is New Window option?
A) New Window option lets You open Multiple Copies of a Workbook simultaneously.
e.g. You are working on a Workbook named "My Workbook". Simultaneously, You can open 2# Copies of this Workbook.
#You can even open more than 2 Copies of Same Workbook.
Please refer following Screenshot. 2 Copies of Same Workbook are opened Simultaneously.
Q) How does New Window option help?
A) As evident in above Screenshot, You could access different Worksheets in Same Workbook simultaneously, thus, eliminating the need to navigate between different Worksheets.
In the above example, in 2 Windows of Same Workbook, 2 different Worksheets are opened: 4th Post & 5th Post
This allows You to Compare, Copy-&-Paste and Perform Other Tasks Efficiently.
Important: Changes made on Any Window will immediately reflect on Other Windows.
Q) Where is New Window option?
A) Step 1: Click on View tab
Step 2: In Window group
Click on New Window
Result: Duplicate workbook will open
Repeat Step 1-3 to open more Copies of Same Workbook
