Broadly S/4 HANA is classified into SFIN-Simple Finance- FI/CO/BPC/AM capabilities will continue with advanced features and simplifications

SLOG-Simple Logsitics will have all the Supply chain components like SD,MM,PP/PS/PM  with enhanced features

SAP has introduced S/4 HANA 1809 with lot of  enhanced features, Fiori apps to support Enterprise solutions

In a nut-shell One can continue with the Delta/enhanced features and Fiori approach majorly

Hi Manu,

For a trouble shooter HANA Admin/ Basis with a very good experience 8-10 years ( on  ECC BASIS  back ground with 2-3 years of HANA DB migrations and S4 HANA conversions ) will be around 120k to 150k, it all depends on the Client, location and other factors as well

To be clear on the career path on HANA ask your self the below questions

1. Should I continue with HANA career on Technical/ Functional?

If Technical, choose HANA Developer- Learn ABAP along side

If functional you definitely have to choose a Functional module like SD,MM,EWM etc based on your domain experience or based on your aptitude and learn delta changes on S4 HANA application side and get hands on  related to application area
