It is given that, X ~ N (26.9, 5.5).
The probability of X, P(X), lying between (25,38) in Standard Normal Distribution is:
P(X) =P( (25-26.9)/5.5 < X < (38-26.9)/5.5 ) = P(-0.34<X<2.02) = 0.1331 + 0.4782 = 0.6113
The values are obtained from the Standard Normal Distribution Table.

Large population can be utilised and used as an asset by a country in the following ways:
1. Boost in Production Capacity,
2. Opening up and filling new sectors of industries
3. Secure defense posts
4. Upgrade research and practices to bring innovation
5. Secure entrepreneurship
6. Build more network and infrastructure simultaneously
7. Deflate prices with economies of scale
8. Raise per capital income and growth.
Basically, every process produces higher yields as the number value of the considering factors and variables increases, thus, satisfying the economies of scale and achieving more proportion with more inputs. Hence, with a large population a country with good governance stand a chance to yield a lot with the same processes that wouldn't have made if the population was low.
