They have to learn c and c++ as much as they can to improve their logic once the logic is improved they could go further for advance server side programming languages like php,.net,java or etc.According to me Most of Students are having poor knowledge in c,c++ which is the fundamental of higer programming , and because of this we find them poor in programming if they improve this then automatically they would love higher programming languages.

starts from basics ... first you must kno wt you DONT KNOW. like for example if you wish to go in we development . so have a look at latest ewb evelopment technology . like a full stack E-com platform or ERP system. as ur a freshre you cannot make it by usrself .... go a lvl below . try looking at static websites .... do the same thing . find wt you dont kno . and if you dont kno anything start right from Hello World page in HTML learn new things and keep growing .. :)

Here this students are somewere taught how to write syntax in a specific software but never taught how logic applies sothat if some other software appears in front of them then tehy also can write the code in other software. Here some students get stuck like me when going for new software .

3. Now write a program to execute.
Now a days every answer is available in internet. So they are directly going to step 3. which is not a good procedure. First we should proceed with step 1 and step 2. If necessary you can search on internet to solve the errors of step 3

Main reason is most of student learn these languages with point of only getting good marks in the in the exam.
So as trainer we should first tell them not learn these languages only from the point of view of the exams and provide them with insight as to how these languages are used in real world.
