British council Chennai offers a certificate called Masterclass for IELTS. It is A three day workshop. Very useful and well - conducted program. It costs 16000/- .

What do you mean by certified, and what authorities are you expecting? First, you need passion to teach and then be a domain trainer. Of course, you can get yourself approved from the British council. But they access as per their parameters which is right for them.

It is 12650 via Netbanking, and 12800 via credit-card for all banks except Citi bank and ICICI. Citi and ICICI card-holders have the privelge of booking the test in 12650 only.
