It is something that is stopping you from speaking or sharing information. It is a universal truth that everyone in thier life will think the same question when performing a task. It might be the same thought while sharing the views " What will be the reaction of the team with my proposal will they understand', "Can I answer to the question asked by the speaker however I think other might think I am giving the wrong answer".
The solution to overcome is Before addressing to the listener frame the sentence in your mind and also think as the listener how effectively he/she can understand and practise it as it will help you out in speaking grammatically correct.
