Gb&a,Yamaha fender are some good brands and it also depends what suits you the best so go to a good guitar shop like raj musicals, Bhatia's etc and get a hold of it and you can decide what's good for you.

well actually ur budget will play a big role in that. Various brands available in market..with low range u can check with Givson, Pluto, Gb&a, Granada etc and if ur budget is 9k+ then u can check with Yamaha, Cort, Takamine etc.

You should buy a normal guitar that is having a straight neck..with a thick body which will help you in getting a good start. Later on when you are confident enough you can buy a new one like yamaha and all.

It's always good to start with an Acoustic guitar. Yamaha F310 is really good for beginners but its little big in size. You can get smaller body with several brands like Pluto, G B & A, etc which also sound good.
