Yamaha F310 or Fender cd60 and also check cort & Ashton in the same budget range.. You'll find some good ones from 8.5 to 10k..

Respected, Yamaha F310 is one of the best low range acoutic guitar. Fender for sure is good but is more costly than Yamaha. But Yamaha F310 is around 8-9 thousand and worth the price.
