By training your ears and listening to different chord progressions individually. It takes time and patience for sure.

This may look like a common and generic questions. But still I want to know whether I have to buy an electric guitar or a acoustic guitar?
If you're a beginner yes it is advised to start with an acoustic. You can get clean sound on an electric as well but I would suggest you buy an electric when you are good at playing and spending all that money becomes worth it.
