Can I learn 2 languages together (English and Spanish)?

Definitely you can learn both the language at the same time, but people remember both are different language and will hardly assist you in learning together, you will have to spend time of both of the separately

Why do Mexicans speak only Spanish?

Because Spain conquered México in 15th century and since the governing spanish people spoke this language, it replaced México regional language

How closely related are Latin and Spanish?

Basically Spanish is vulgar Latin which got developed in iberian peninsula.. So Spanish originated from Latin

Basically 2 types. Euorpean and latinoamerican Spanish, when we say Latin American spanish it means Spanish spoken in the entire Latin American region.

Which came first: Spanish or English?

Well Spanish is derived from Latin, if we see when was Latin used it was much before English but English started to come into existence in 7th century onwards and Spanish is basically a vulgar Latin which came to shape around 10th century
