It all depends on your interest area . If you have good command on the programming then go to development area . I will suggest go for java instead of .net . or if you are kind of a guy who is much intersted in testing go for testing . Right now Selenium is the most widely used in testing market so go for it or if you are much intersted in scripting as well as maintaing the environment then go for Devops which is very popular in the IT market .
