In case you wish to retain that long unending list of GRE Vocab,
1. You will have to try and bring those words in daily usage.
2. Keep revisiting vocab lists weekly.
3. Download flashcards(Magoosh/Schoalrden/ etc..) on your phone.
4. Download "word of the day" app and be sure to visit the app regularly.

Depends on which college/University/Country you're targeting and what are their eligibility criterion. Most of the top universities in the US require a GRE score. Anything above 315/340 is a decent score to apply to. If you're looking at top schools plus scholarships, then you must aim higher at about 325+. Admissions are not only dependent on GRE scores, but admissions team look at other aspects also, such as Essays, LORs, SOPs, Extracurricular, GPAs etc.

Management Program at ESSEC is among one of the most sought after programs and is highly competitive for securing an admit. Although there is no GMAT score, cut off, and admission does not only depend upon GMAT score, still, but also to increase your chances among the entire application pool, it is recommended to have a GMAT score above 670. And for EDHEC, GMAT score above 700 is recommended.

You really need to keep yourself motivated to appear fourth time. Few tips basis my 13 years' of experience in GMAT:
* Start fresh, revise concepts through manhattan guides (12 booklets- one for each topic) and solve basic and advanced exercises given at the end of each booklet.
*Practice questions fom latest official guide and GMAC review books
*Give 2 full length tests (GMAC, VERITAS) and list your errors and practice those concepts.
*practice sectional drills from gmatclub.
*Appear for few more full length tests.
Good Luck!
