Hi Mahesh,
I strongly recommend you to go through the MOOC's first.Study some of the initial modules and decide the part of data science you want to get in.Pluralsight,Kaggle,Edx,Coursera,Code School,Udacity.I don't feel there is a need to have a trainer initially.
