Recipe of Nankhatai

Ingredients
Maida - 1 Cup
Besan - 1/2 Cup
Suji - 1/4th Cup
Powdered Sugar - 3/4th Cup
Desi Ghee - 3/4th Cup
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Sliced Pista for garnishing
Method
Sift Together maida, besan n suji
Cream Together ghee (should be chilled) and powdered sugar till its creamy.
Add Baking soda and cardamom powder. Mix.
Mix all dry ingredients and make a dough.
Refrigerate this dough for at least 30 minutes and then roll into desired shape.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160*C for 20 minutes.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
