Please follow the book "C Programming" by Detal & Detal. Its an applied book easy to understand compare to others. U may also learn through online free tutorial.

To learn C, you must have basic computer knowledge like creating a file,saving etc. Then keep a tutor and attend classes for 2 hours/day. With regular practice and tracing the program on paper, you get good programming skills.

C takes not more than 10 days to complete .. 2 hours each day.. with around 100 examples... 1 month can be used to learn c + c++ both
