Btech integrated -5yrs. The difference is u r master degree is also enclosed.no need to search for new clg ,reducing ur timeperiod for completing tbe degree.main advantage in dual degree is : choosing ur major subject and gaining depth knowlege in theory and projects work real life applicance .which makes u a perfect engg.all these works well while ur in iit campus.

A regular BTech is a 4 years course while the integrated couse complied MTech also and a combined degree will be given to you but it will have the duration more than that of BTech(5 years). Not all the colleges provide this course and it will be better if you persue this couse from some of the good colleges(IIT and NITs)
My college(NIT) provides this course and have good placements eventually
