I love to spread my knowledge on 8 limbs of yoga. I teach hatha yoga, vinyasa, traditional yoga with different pranayamas, meditation and yoga nidra/relaxation techniques. "Yoga and Meditation sessions conducted by Priya really helps in calming the mind . Be it leg day, core workouts, shoulders , face yoga, Pilates. everyday it’s something new and I as an individual gained flexibility in my body and feel very refreshed for rest of the day. Individual attention is given in the session and will correct our posture if we miss doing it properly and helps us with simplified version of posture. Her encouraging words and go-getter attitude gets passed on her over time. Priya is a happy person and spreads happiness around her. Makes us enjoy each and every session and she even comes up with some fun activity for every Friday . Kudos to her efforts. "

What I liked about her classes is that she introduce new asanas in everyday class which I feel have a greater impact on physical fitness. To attain good health at the physical and mental level, one should practice 12 sets of sun salutations, followed by some asana flow, pranayama, relaxation/yoga Nidra/meditation at least five days a week. Eat home-cooked healthy food and add a lot of colourful vegetables, greens and proteins to the diet.... ...more

To attain good health at the physical and mental level, one should practice 12 sets of sun salutations, followed by some asana flow, pranayama, relaxation/yoga Nidra/meditation at least five days a week. Eat home-cooked healthy food and add a lot of colourful vegetables, greens and proteins to the diet. Drink lots of water, 15 mins of daily sunlight and enough sleep for good health and immunity.
