Be it leg day, core workouts, shoulders , face yoga, Pilates. everyday it’s something new and I as an individual gained flexibility in my body and feel very refreshed for rest of the day. Individual attention is given in the session and will correct our posture if we miss doing it properly and helps us with simplified version of posture. To attain good health at the physical and mental level, one should practice 12 sets of sun salutations, followed by some asana flow, pranayama, relaxation/yoga Nidra/meditation at least five days a week. Eat home-cooked healthy food and add a lot of colourful vegetables, greens and proteins to the diet. Drink lots of water, 15 mins of daily sunlight and enough sleep for good health and immunity.
