"Arun is extremely professional and knows his trade thoroughly. He was able to provide me personalized plans for both mass gaining and muscle building, to help me get the lean body physique I wanted. In addition to meal plans and supplements, Arun gave me personalized workout routines that he switched around after each milestone was achieved. Given that I live in Canada, the majority of my training has been though online correspondence. Arun would call me over Skype every two weeks to check on my progress and show me new exercises. If I was uncertain about certain exercises, he would provide me with YouTube links on how to correctly perform an them. Whenever I came back to India for a holiday, he would sign me up in his gym and continue my personal training hands on. His level of dedication to fitness, both his own as well as the fitness of his clients, is unequivocal! Overall, I am a 100% sure that Arun is your go-to guy to get in shape and lead a healthy lifestyle! Thanks for everything Arun! Cheers! "
