I only know English, so she was very patient with me in explaining the recipes so that I could understand them and took the time to look up the English translation of some of the ingredients when necessary. She was very professional and friendly and a good teacher. I learned three dishes and finished learning (and eating!) in a couple hours, so she was very conscious of the time and able to multitask while making sure I could keep up with her so I got the most out of my time with her. A very fun and yummy experience, I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in learning Indian cooking. "
