Hi Sindhura,
Below are the options that I suggest:
1. Training:
The best I can suggest is to join a coaching institute which has tie-ups with companies. They can get you trained on testing and QA. If you study thoroughly, you can enter the IT sector through the training institute.
2. Higher Study:
You can try writing GATE and enrol in the MTech program at an engineering college. This way, you will be able to study some advanced concepts, and once you pass out of college, you will have enough chances to get placed. In case you don't get set then at least you try for a professorship at engineering colleges. There are a lot of engineering colleges in every state, and there is a considerable shortage of professors, lab assistants, etc.
3. Self Learning:
There are specific tools and technologies in the market that have a high demand. For example, RPA (robotic process automation) tools Uipath and Automation Anywhere. Uipath has free of cost courses and certifications. You can try them out and get entry-level jobs. Similarly, new technologies like DevOps can also be helpful.
