Q1. When and how did you start as an MBA Entrance exam trainer?
Ans: My teaching journey started during my first year of graduation. Later, I was offered a job at Indian Institute of Careers in Higher Education (IICHE) as a Graduate Records Examinations (GRE) trainer. Since then, I have been teaching students. Though managing a full-time job along with PhD, was somewhat challenging but I am glad I could accomplish both in the best of my capacity.
Q2. What skills are required to become an MBA Entrance exam trainer?
Ans: I believe man-management is the most crucial skill for a teacher/trainer. Dealing with different people in different ways is an art, not everybody masters. We, as teachers should take responsibility for each student. Students put their faith in us to shape their future. So we have to make sure to motivate them to get the best results.
